This couple was a joy to work with – they came so well prepared (yes, PLEASE review and follow your photographer’s preparation tips – it will really pay off in the end!) and were so engaged and helpful during the session. It doesn’t hurt that they happened to have the most mellow, easygoing and handsome baby ever!!!!!
BTW, Baby M does have his father’s lovely smile….he is just exercising his right to be selective about when he flashes it. 😉 Plus I think he knows how precious his “calm and thoughtful” expression is.
fun, fresh and fabulous outdoor portraits for newborns, infants, children, and families, I find that hot days mean we need to start even earlier or shoot later. Speaking of later, did you see the amazing sunset in Broomfield tonight? The wind kicked up dust into the air and that’s what gave us such magnificent colors. I captured many photos of the stunning sky.

I just added the Spring Video. Yes, I’m that far behind in posting sessions. And now it’s the middle of Summer. Perhaps I’ll have the Summer Video up in time for Fall. 😉

I love sunny days like this. The light coming into my studio is perfect for newborn portraits! (I shoot most of my family photography sessions outside, usually at my favorite Broomfield or Westminster nature locations, but for newborns I almost always shoot inside – at my studio or on location.)
Speaking of babies and perfect light, this Broomfield Baby loved the pink roses at our Spring Flower Session. And check out the smile!
