From a recent Denver yoga shoot – this is Macy, @HungryYoga. She is doing crow, a pose that looks deceptively easy but is actually rather hard for most folks (myself included). I love doing these photoshoots that celebrate yogis and yoginis, their strength, balance, and unique life energy. Oh, and how about those cool pants by alo yoga?
